The boutique hotel was cozy and had a nice decor. The staff was friendly and eager to help despite the language barrier. They offered an afternoon tea which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The shower was great too. The hotel is located near Yuhang District and XiXi Wetland which was a convenient location.
The biggest drawback of the hotel was its location. It was far away from the city center and there was nothing to do nearby.

Had a great Christmas at this cozy hotel. Loved the unique and well-decorated rooms, which were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, ready to recommend local shops and restaurants. The location was spot-on, close to a picturesque tea field and a stunning park. Afternoon tea was a wonderful surprise, with delicious Chinese snacks.
The internet was erratic, and the sewage smell from the bathroom was unpleasant. The hotel needs to monitor and address the noise level from other guests in the evenings as it can be disruptive.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and coziness of the rooms. Additionally, the hotel facilities were enjoyable, especially the cute cafe with great coffee and cocktails.
